Simply Sweet Caroline's is owned and operated by Caroline Forker (Roth). Her journey into the world of baking began unexpectedly in 2021, sparked by a virtual cookie decorating class that captured her imagination and stole her heart. From that moment on, she was hooked – enchanted by the artistry of sugar, the warmth of the oven, and the joy of creating edible works of art.

By day, she navigates the hustle and bustle of the corporate world, but by night (and every other spare moment), she pours her heart and soul into Simply Sweet Caroline's. Balancing a full-time job while running a cottage food bakery isn't always easy, but when you love what you do, every minute spent baking feels like pure bliss.
