I’M CURIOUS ABOUT YOUR PROCESS. HOW LONG DO COOKIES TAKE TO MAKE?

In general, one dozen cookies takes 8 hours minimum. Extra detailing like adding metallics, florals, or watercolor can add anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours per dozen!

WHAT NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR CUSTOM COOKIE ORDERS?

I am generally booked for custom orders 4-6 weeks in advance.

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE CHICAGOLAND AREA. DO YOU SHIP?

Unfortunately I cannot ship cookies.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We do not currently offer delivery however many customers use Uber Package to deliver their order! The customer is able to order an Uber Package delivery within the Uber app.

HOW LONG DO THE COOKIES STAY FRESH?

All cookies are heat sealed individually. They will stay fresh in their heat sealed bag at room temperature for 2 weeks. Please do not place in the refrigerator. They can also be frozen for several months.

Cookie cakes stay fresh at room temperature for 3 days. Please do not place in the refrigerator. Cookie cakes can be frozen for 3 months.

DO YOU PROVIDE BULK DISCOUNTS?

I am a part time baker and am only one person making each individual cookie so I do not offer bulk discounts. Each cookie takes as long as the next one, even in bulk.

I NEED THE COOKIES INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED. CAN YOU DO THAT?

Yes! All custom sugar cookies will be individually packaged in a heat sealed cellophane bag.

CAN YOU MAKE COOKIES TO LOOK LIKE MY FAVORITE CHARACTER?

I‘m sorry but I cannot accept character themes/designs. For example, Disney Princesses, Sesame Street, Toy Story, Cocomelon, Pokémon, Paw Patrol, Fortnite, etc.
