In general, two dozen cookies takes 10 hours minimum. Extra detailing like adding metallics, florals, or watercolor can add anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours per dozen! I love sharing the decorating process on Instagram so if you're curious, join us on the Simply Sweet Caroline's page!

Yes! All custom sugar cookies will be individually packaged in a heat sealed cellophane bag. Want some extra flair? Sweet Finish: Ribbons, bows, or tags provided by the client can be added to each treat for $1.00 each. Cookie Couture: Ribbons, bows, or tags sourced by Simply Sweet Caroline's and added to each treat for $1.75+ each.

Unfortunately I cannot ship cookies.

While most customers choose to pick up their order, we do offer a limited number of deliveries per week. When you place your order, please include your address, preferred date of delivery, and an hour window so we can check availability and provide a delivery quote.

All cookies are heat sealed individually. They will stay fresh in their heat sealed bag at room temperature for 2 weeks. Please do not place in the refrigerator. They can also be frozen for several months. Cookie cakes stay fresh at room temperature for 3 days. Please do not place in the refrigerator. Cookie cakes can be frozen for 3 months.

I am a part time baker and am only one person making each individual cookie so I do not offer bulk discounts. Each cookie takes as long as the next one, even in bulk.

I‘m sorry but I cannot accept character themes/designs. For example, Disney Princesses, Sesame Street, Toy Story, Cocomelon, Pokémon, Paw Patrol, Fortnite, etc.
